As pessoas são muito acolhedoras e dispostas a resolver os problemas. Tivemos un problema de vazamento em nosso banheiro e foi resolvido conforme disponibilidade do encantador, mas prontamente. As acomodaciones em geral são boas, com cama confortável, café da manhã muito bom, alias, único hotel que oferece café da manhã incluido no preço da acomodacao.

Booked for 3 ppl but the queen bed was not gonna work.. we eventually figured it out but it was a suprise.. great reception and gorgeous place though.. well worth the huffing and puffing to get to..

Tuvimos una estancia agradable en general. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad de todo el personal, en particular el chico de recepción, el encargado del bar y una de las chicas del restaurante, quienes siempre fueron atentos y serviciales. El desayuno fue muy bueno y el servicio del bar también cumplió con muy buena calidad y atención. Áreas de oportunidad: • No cuentan con estacionamiento, aunque en la página se anuncia que sí. • Las almohadas resultaron un poco incómodas. • El colchón estaba algo duro. • La habitación y el baño son bastante pequeños. En general, una buena experiencia gracias al servicio del personal, pero con algunos puntos por mejorar en infraestructura y comodidad.
